As for the rest... Well, basically, the content I personally put up is my responsibility. And anything you put up is yours. I'll trash it if it's something I don't like, and I don't like having illegal stuff on my site. Ergo, if you put illegal stuff on my site, I'll pass on whatever I can to someone in a position to do something about it, having removed the material, and possibly started a flame-crusade against you.
